The Internet is an amazing tool. It has the power to change the way we live, and we’re starting to see that potential today. With only a few mouse-clicks, you can follow the news, look up facts, buy goods and services, and communicate with others from around the world. It’s important to onG.Social. (“onG”) to help our customers retain their privacy when they take advantage of all the Internet has to offer.

Your privacy is important to you and to us. This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) informs you (“You” or “Your”) of our privacy practices, how we collect and use Your information, when it might be disclosed, and how You can manage Your Personal Information while accessing or using our website and related services (this “Website”). This Privacy Policy, in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions, is a legal agreement between You and onG that states the material terms and conditions that govern Your use of the Website. You agree to this Privacy Policy by accessing or using our Website. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS POLICY, DO NOT USE THE WEBSITE.

Please be advised that the practices described in this Privacy Policy apply only to information gathered online at our Websites.

This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and is subject to onG’s terms and conditions of use (“Terms”) located at http://ong.social/terms-and-conditions-of-use. Capitalized terms used in this Privacy Policy that are not otherwise defined have the meanings set forth in the Terms.

onG MAY PERIODICALLY AND IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION MODIFY THIS POLICY. IF onG MATERIALLY CHANGES THIS POLICY, A NOTICE WILL BE POSTED ON OUR WEBSITE, ALONG WITH THE UPDATED POLICY, AND THE “LAST UPDATED” DATE ABOVE WILL BE MODIFIED. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE WEBSITE MEANS THAT YOU ACCEPT THE UPDATED POLICY. UNLESS WE PROVIDE YOU WITH SPECIFIC NOTICE, NO CHANGES TO OUR POLICY WILL APPLY RETROACTIVELY.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We will collect information from You that personally identifies You, such as Your name, address, email address or telephone number, or allows us to contact You (“Personal Information”). Generally, this information is requested when You create Your membership, subscribe to member updates, contact us or otherwise interact with our Website. We will also collect Your Personal Information when You voluntarily provide it to us. We use Your Personal Information for four primary purposes:

1. To make the site easier for You to use by not having to enter information more than once.

2. To help You quickly find services or information.

3. To help us create content most relevant to You, run our Website and provide publishing options designed to make you the highest amount of money.

4. To alert You to product upgrades, special offers, updated information and other new services from onG.

We may also collect and store non-personal information about You, such as Your device’s IP address, which may disclose the general location of Your device at the time You access the Website. Advertisements and certain content are directed to You as a result of this data. In addition, in some cases the Website will deliver content based on Your precise location if You choose to enable that feature. If You enable that feature, Your current location will be stored to serve You certain content tied to Your location. If You elect to have Your location-based searches saved to Your history, we will store such information on our servers.

In addition, when You interact with the Website, we may collect certain information that does not identify You individually (“non-personal information”), such as device information about Your computer, mobile device, or other device that You use to access the Website. This information may include general geo-location information, unique device identifiers, browser type, browser language, and other transactional information. We may also collect usage information about Your interaction with our Website, such as a history of the pages You view, or additional “traffic data,” such as the time and date of access, software crash reports, session identification number and referring website addresses. We also may collect and store information about You that we receive from other sources (including by us from our offline interactions with You) to, among other things, enable us to update and correct the information contained in our database and to better customize Your experience on our Website. We use this information to provide You a more customized experience on the Website.

CONSENT

If You choose not to register for a Member Account on our Website, or to provide us with Personal Information, You cannot access the Member dashboard or participate in many of our Website’s functions or earnings.

If You decide to register for an Account, You will be able to select the kinds of information You want to receive from us by subscribing to various services, like our member update or special offers. If You do not want us to communicate with You about other offers regarding onG’s products, programs, events, or services by email, postal mail, or telephone, You may select the option stating that You do not wish to receive marketing messages from onG.

COOKIES AND OTHER ONLINE TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

Like many websites, we use “cookies”, which are small text files that are stored on Your computer or equipment, or other similar technologies when You visit certain online pages that record Your preferences and actions. We use cookies to track use of our Website.

We may also use cookies to monitor traffic, improve the Website and make it easier and/or relevant for Your use. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but, if You prefer, You can usually modify Your browser setting to disable or reject cookies. If You delete Your cookies or if You set Your web browser to decline cookies, some features of the Website may not work or may not work as designed.

Some content or applications, including advertisements, on the Website are served by unaffiliated third parties, including advertisers, ad networks and servers, content providers and application providers. We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used.

We work with third-party advertising companies who may utilize flash or enhanced cookies or web beacons to better provide advertisements about goods and services that may be of interest to You. These partners do not have access to or use Your Personal Information from us, unless you authorize such access. They may, however, anonymously track Your Internet usage across other websites in their networks beyond this Website. Such third parties may, with sufficient data from other sources, be able to personally identify You, unknown to us. Your browser or device may include “Do Not Track” functionality, but because a “Do Not Track” compliance protocol has not yet been finalized, onG’s information collection and disclosure practices, and the choices that we provide to customers, will continue to operate as described in this Privacy Policy, whether or not a Do Not Track signal is received.

If You are located in the United States or other regions with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from US law, please note that we may transfer information, including Personal Information, to a country and jurisdiction that does not have the same data protection laws as Your jurisdiction. By registering for an Account or using our Website You consent to the transfer of information to the US or to any other country in which we or our servers maintain facilities, and to the use and disclosure of information about You as described in this Privacy Policy.
